On the wedding day, you both arrived early, avoiding any worries on our part that you might be late and allowing ample time to prepare and set up your equipment. All of that was and is much appreciated. But of course those preparations would have been pointless if the filming and DVD had not been good. We watched the DVD last night and it was first class. Well filmed, clear and beautifully produced. We are also very grateful for the trouble you took to film and include the lovely introductory footage of the wedding venue, which set the scene so well. Both the presentation box and the other one are well designed and produced, as are the discs themselves which bear the photograph of the happy couple. All this confirms something you wrote in your first email to me 5 months ago. You said, in relation to price, that you wanted "to maintain my high standard of work". You clearly meant it.
